MyPACS Help¶
MyPACS is a cloud PACS: your medical images are stored, indexed and viewed in a private environment that only your organisation can reach. Every customer gets their own isolated installation — separate image storage, separate database and separate user directory. Nothing is shared between customers.

- Create your account on the MyPACS console.
- Pick a plan or start a free trial.
- Wait for your environment to be provisioned — what you get.
- Invite your colleagues and give them the right role.
- Upload your first studies and open them in the viewer.
Two different places to sign in¶
This trips people up on day one, so it is worth stating plainly.

The two use separate accounts. Your console password is not your PACS password. Colleagues you invite get an account on the PACS only; they never sign in to the console.
